Hello, my name is Irvin Henriquez. I am a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at George Mason University with a strong passion for mathematics and teaching.

I discovered my love for math at a young age and carried it through high school and into my engineering studies. Along my academic journey, I have used mathematics ranging from Algebra 1 to advanced engineering mathematics. I took AP Calculus AB in high school and earned a score of 5, reflecting a deep conceptual understanding of calculus.

I believe math should make sense - not feel like a collection of rules to memorize and forget. My teaching style helps students bridge the gap between abstract symbols on paper and real-world meaning, empowering them to succeed independently.
